5. Website Wallet
If bullHost provides a website wallet, customers may use their available wallet balance to purchase eligible services.
Wallet balances are subject to transaction verification and the applicable Wallet and Refund Policy. Wallet funds must not be used for fraudulent or unlawful transactions.
Wallet balances cannot be transferred to other accounts or withdrawn as cash unless bullHost expressly permits it or applicable law requires otherwise.
6. Refunds and Cancellations
Refund eligibility is governed by the bullHost Refund Policy published on our website.
Submitting a cancellation request does not automatically entitle a customer to a refund. Domain registrations, third-party licenses, activated services, and other products may have specific refund restrictions.
Nothing in these Terms removes any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
7. Acceptable Use Policy
You must not use bullHost services to:
- Host or distribute illegal content.
- Send spam, phishing messages, or unsolicited bulk communications.
- Distribute malware, viruses, or malicious software.

8. Resource Usage and Fair Use
Each hosting plan is subject to its stated specifications, technical limits, and applicable fair-use rules.
Where resource usage creates a security risk, service instability, or unreasonable impact on other users, bullHost may contact the customer and take proportionate action under the applicable service terms.
Any advertised unlimited feature remains subject to reasonable technical restrictions and the applicable plan terms.
9. Service Suspension and Termination
bullHost may suspend or terminate services for non-payment, security threats, fraudulent activity, violations of these Terms, or other serious misuse.
Where reasonably possible, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. Immediate action may be necessary to protect customers, infrastructure, or legal interests.
Suspension or termination does not automatically determine refund eligibility; the applicable Refund Policy and law will apply.
10. Domains and Third-Party Services
Domain registrations, SSL certificates, software licenses, and other third-party services may be subject to additional provider terms.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate domain registration details, monitoring domain expiry dates, and complying with applicable registrar requirements.
bullHost cannot guarantee the availability or performance of services controlled by independent third-party providers.
11. Backups and Data
Customers are responsible for maintaining independent backups of their websites, databases, email, and other important data.
Where backup services are included, their frequency, retention, and restoration conditions depend on the relevant plan. Backup availability should not be treated as a guarantee against data loss.
bullHost will handle customer data according to its applicable Privacy Policy and legal obligations.
12. Service Availability
bullHost aims to provide reliable services but does not guarantee uninterrupted access unless a specific written service-level agreement states otherwise.
Maintenance, network issues, hardware failures, cyberattacks, and third-party outages may affect service availability. We will make reasonable efforts to address service disruptions.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, bullHost will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits, or business interruption arising from the use or inability to use our services.

19. Unlimited Usage Policy
bullHost offers unlimited gaming website hosting and reseller hosting services subject to the following conditions.
19.1 Unlimited Gaming Websites
Customers may host unlimited gaming websites under eligible gaming hosting plans, subject to the plan's technical specifications, server capacity, security requirements, and Acceptable Use Policy.
Unlimited websites refers to the number of websites permitted under the applicable plan. It does not automatically mean unlimited storage, bandwidth, databases, or other server resources unless explicitly stated in the plan details.
19.2 Reseller Hosting Storage
Reseller hosting plans include up to 500 GB of storage. Customers must remain within this storage limit and comply with the applicable plan specifications.
The 500 GB storage allowance is subject to the purchased reseller hosting plan and any clearly disclosed plan-specific conditions.
19.3 Acceptable Usage
Customers must not use bullHost services for illegal activities, spam, phishing, malware distribution, or activities that compromise server stability, security, or other customers' services.
Customers must comply with all applicable laws and the Acceptable Use Policy.
19.4 Technical Restrictions
All services remain subject to reasonable technical restrictions, server capacity, security requirements, and the specifications of the purchased plan.
If resource usage causes a significant technical or security issue, bullHost may investigate and take reasonable, proportionate action, such as contacting the customer, requesting corrective measures, or restricting affected usage in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.
19.5 Fair and Transparent Use
bullHost aims to provide the advertised features fairly while maintaining service stability and reliability for all customers. Any additional restrictions or exclusions applicable to a plan will be disclosed in the relevant plan details or service terms.
